Foot-of-The-Bed TV Console
Watching TV in bed is one of my guilty pleasures. It's my favorite spot in the whole house. The Crystal Pointe Foot-of-the-Bed Plasma TV Console from Import Advantage is designed specifically for the end of the bed. The neatest part of this TV console is the lift that hides your television when you're not using it. We have a sliding glass door that looks out over a pond and a regular TV stand would obscure the view. With a lift, we would be able to enjoy the scene outside the window and have the television in an optimal position. The lower drawers can be positioned in the back or the front of the console to accommodate placement against a wall and keep components in a convenient place. All I need is that plasma TV.

Leather Recliner
After a long, tough day at the office, it would be nice to come home to a leather recliner like this one. The plush cushions and infinite position reclining mechanism make the Kingsman Leather Recliner from Home Styles easy to get into and difficult to get out of (only because you won't want to). Made from 100% top grain leather, this home theater chair will be the favorite place for viewing movies, watching the big game, reading or even napping. Now all I need is the plasma TV.

Glass Serving Cart
I don't do an awful lot of entertaining, but the Classic Glass Serving Cart by Bridgewater Gallery would certainly make having people over a little more fun. Sleek and elegant, the serving cart becomes a great little portable bar. Three glass shelves, supported by sturdy steel poles, are the perfect size for ice buckets, wine and liquor bottles, glassware, cocktail napkins, hors d'oeuvres, or whatever you're serving. Instead of serving the snacks from one location, put them on the cart and push it around. Casters make it easy to move the cart to wherever the party is.

Glass Shelves
As a collector, I am always looking for new ways to display my finds. I try to create the perfect vignette with a group of items that relate to one another, whether it's the color, size, shape or type that connects them. These Aviana Glass Shelves have a stepped design, which offers two levels on which to place collectibles, towels, photos or decorative items. The shelves are versatile and can be used in the bathroom, living room, home office, bedroom or den. I love that you can buy more than one shelf and group them any way you like to accommodate all your items or to fill up empty wall space. Clear or frosted glass shelves are available. The brackets come in finishes of Polished Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel or Black.

Deco-Style Desk/Floor Fan
Gone are the days of the industrial-looking fan! More and more decorative fans are available in all shapes and finishes, so you can complement the style and color palette of each room in your home. This Fanimation Old Havana Desk/Floor Fan reminds me of the opulent designs of the 20s and 30s with its art deco-styling. The antique copper finish paired with black has a striking presence. Other finish combinations are also available. The fan is sized to fit on a desk or table, but also works on the floor and has a unique motor housing that rotates with the blades. Cool, refreshing breezes never looked so good.

Curved Bathroom Shelf
I have a tiny bathroom that doesn't have a linen closet, so space is certainly at a premium. Wall-mounted shelves keep the floor area clean and uncluttered. These Curved 3 Tier Glass Mounting Shelves from Neu Home have a decorative look but offer prime storage space for towels, shampoos, lotions, soap and other bathroom necessities. The curved design gives these glass shelves a fresh twist and creates a dramatic effect in bathroom storage. The chrome-finished metal frame holds three glass shelves and mounts easily to the bathroom wall, but can be used anywhere, like the home office or bedroom.

Fold Out Ironing Board
I hate to iron. In fact, these days I iron on an as-needed basis. Part of the problem is the whole ordeal of setting up the ironing board. It's such a pain to lug the thing out from its spot next to the dryer, set it up, and plug in the iron. This Fold Out Ironing Board from Rev-A-Shelf fits neatly into a drawer in the closet, which is by far a more convenient place to do the ironing. It's so much easier to put the finished clothes away, and they remain neater longer since there is less travel time. The ball-bearing slides help to insure fluid movement when opening or closing the ironing board. No more heavy lifting, either!

Dual Rotational Ceiling Fan
Once again, the ultra-modern has found its way into my traditional heart, but this Acqua Dual Rotational Ceiling Fan from Matthews Fan has a retro look with a sophisticated twist. The combination of the polished chrome finish with the mahogany blades creates a dazzling contrast for a dramatic effect. The dual motorheads on the ceiling fan can be positioned in 180-degree arcs for maximum air circulation. The fan comes with a 20" downrod, but shorter and longer downrods are available to accommodate ceilings of different heights. Keeping cool has never been so cool.

Graff Tranquility Bathroom Faucet
Changing the faucet in the bathroom is an easy way to update the look in your bathroom without having to break the bank. The contemporary design of this Graff Tranquility Series Widespread Bathroom Faucet perks up the bathroom sink and vanity with its arched faucet and slightly curved lever handles. I'm usually drawn to a more traditional faucet shape, but lately modern lines and polished finishes seem to be catching my eye. I just may be a convert to the gleam of contemporary design sensibilities. The bathroom faucet installs on eight-inch centers and includes a manual pop-up drain assembly with an overflow.

Adjustable Pot Rack
Pot racks are a great way to store and display all your pots and pans without taking up more cabinet space. Plus, you don't have to bend down to reach them. The Advantage Components Premier Oval Pot Rack is adjustable from 32-1/2" to 46", so you can accommodate new pots and pans as you add to your set. This pot rack also has a collapsible design, so it can be stored easily and assembles with only two nuts and bolts. The solid steel construction offers a sturdy place to show off your favorite and frequently used pots and pans. The wire grid can be used as a shelf to store pot and pan lids and other kitchen items.

Wall Mounted Wine Rack
I love the idea of a wall-mounted wine rack. I don't have to sacrifice any floor or counterspace to store my wine and champagne. This Wine Bar Set from pegRAIL is ultra-convenient and very versatile. The 18" wide wine rack comes with three shelves that hold four bottles each. The bottom wire shelf offers space for storing wine accessories or more wine bottles, and the stemware rack keeps glasses within reach. I can add more wire shelves, wine racks and other accessories to accommodate my growing wine collection. The wine bar set is also available in a 36" size.

Two-Compartment Step-On Trash Can
More and more of what we use these days is recyclable. Each community has different recycling standards, but the process is virtually the same -- we still need to separate out the plastic, glass and aluminum from the rest of our garbage. Somehow it seems we are generating larger amounts of trash and recyclables than ever before. We did give up individual water bottles and started using a water filter, but still we have a number of glass and plastic bottles to recycle. To help make the sorting easier, Neu Home has a Two-Compartment Step-On Trash Can, which can be used to separate trash and recyclables, or glass vs. plastic, or whatever combination works best for you. Color-coded step-on pedals make it easy to organize your trash and recyclables. The removable plastic liner assists in quick emptying and simple cleanup. The stainless steel finish gives the trash can a versatile look for the kitchen or home office.

Room Air Purifier
The air we breathe has become such an important commodity these days, especially the air that's circulating in our homes. More than ever, it is apparent that our surroundings are laden with allergens and pollutants that are detrimental to our respiratory health. Since we have a dog that sheds incessantly and sleeps in the bedroom, we thought it would be a good idea to invest in an air purifier or air cleaner. The Winix Plasmawave 9000 Five-Stage Personal Air Cleaner offers five stages of air cleaning and purification with HEPA filters and washable antibacterial pre-filters that are designed to eliminate viruses, bacteria and chemical vapors, so that we (and the dog) can sleep and breathe easier. The air purifier covers rooms up to 247 square feet.

Four Basket Storage Cart
The pantry area in our kitchen is actually an alcove where we have two shelving racks. It does the job, but we could use more shelving and space is limited. That's why the Four Basket Storage Cart from Neu Home would be ideal for that space and for the kitchen in general. Four mesh baskets provide ample space for food, utensils, cleaning supplies, baking equipment, etc. I could store the food items I use most often and have easy access to them wherever I am in the kitchen. The neat thing about this kitchen cart is that it can be used in the bathroom, garage, laundry room, or anywhere in my house where I need instant storage space.

Glass Vessel Sink
I have always been fascinated by the clean and versatile look of clear glass. Since I tend to lean toward more traditional and antique furnishings, I don't really employ a modern aesthetic in my home, but I still love the way it looks. Simply stunning, this Crystal Glass Pyramid Sink from Cantrio Koncepts casts a subtle reflection on the vanity below and creates a beautiful focal point in your bathroom. The lavatory sink is made of high-quality tempered glass sink and has a predrilled 1-1/2" center drain.

Bookcase Panel Bed
I love the idea of built-in storage. Form and function come together beautifully with this Lafayette Bookcase Panel Bed Set by Hillsdale. This bed has a headboard with shelves for books, photos, plants and other bedtime necessities and also has four drawers that sit below the box spring that are perfect for sheets and blankets. The bed actually reminds me of an old trundle bed my brother had when we were kids. Made of pine, this bed has a warm Autumn Brown finish and a classic design that creates a distinctive focal point and makes a true statement in the bedroom.
