Room Air Purifier

The air we breathe has become such an important commodity these days, especially the air that's circulating in our homes. More than ever, it is apparent that our surroundings are laden with allergens and pollutants that are detrimental to our respiratory health. Since we have a dog that sheds incessantly and sleeps in the bedroom, we thought it would be a good idea to invest in an air purifier or air cleaner. The Winix Plasmawave 9000 Five-Stage Personal Air Cleaner offers five stages of air cleaning and purification with HEPA filters and washable antibacterial pre-filters that are designed to eliminate viruses, bacteria and chemical vapors, so that we (and the dog) can sleep and breathe easier. The air purifier covers rooms up to 247 square feet.

Personal Air Purifier

It's not what you think it is. The BlueAir AirPod HEPASilent air purifier is a personal-sized air purifier that can go wherever you go to provide cleaner and fresher air in your immediate surroundings. The electrostatically charged ionizer and power unit in the docking station trap small particles and filter them, leaving the air around you clear. This air purifier is only about six inches tall and six inches wide so you can take it to the office, in the car or anywhere cleaner air is needed. The 12 volt DC fan operates quietly, so you hardly know it's there. The filters are available in the Waves, Tree Branches or Paisley patterns, all of which are pretty cool. Don't be surprised if someone asks what you are listening to...

Controlling Allergies With A HEPA Vacuum

I've noticed that since the purchase of my air purifier my allergies have not been nearly as bad. Except in the living and dining rooms, where we have carpet. I brought this up at my last doctors visit and my doctor recommended that I purchase a HEPA filtered vacuum. He informed me that unlike regular vacuums, HEPA filters can remove 99.97% of all airborne particles. I've been reviewing vacuums on Google and have decided to go with the Germ Guardian 2 in 1 Vacuum, it's an upright vacuum that converts into a canister vacuum. How neat is that! It will easily clean those hard to reach places like, behind the couch or under the dining table and rid my carpets of allergens and pollutants.

Buying An Energy Star® Air Purifier

About six months ago, I made the moral decision to go green. Or at least be more environmentally conscientious in my purchasing decisions. You won't see a gas guzzling SUV in my driveway, rather a Prius . You also won't see me buying low-grade dog food--it's all about Organic Style for me and my dog. Green products can be above average in price but I definitely believe that clean air and a longer life are worth it! That's why i've invested in a Sharp Air Purifier With Humidifier for $399.99. It just so happens to be an Energy Star® Air Purifier so, not only does it regulate my indoor air quality, it is also eco-friendly and certified to meet strict regulatory standards enforced by the government. If you are going to buy an air purifier why not think about using less of the worlds energy.
